Start with clear artwork

Send your logo, exact wording and a reference for the layout you would like. PDF or SVG artwork is useful for logos; a high-resolution PNG or JPEG can also help. We will let you know if your file needs adjustment.

Prepare variable data

Use a spreadsheet with one row per label and a clear heading for each field: asset ID, location, barcode value or QR destination. Format codes as text to preserve leading zeros. State the start and end values for sequential numbering.

Check QR codes and barcodes

Supply the exact destination or encoded value. Tell us which barcode format your system expects. Check that URLs work and that your own scanner or system supports the intended format before approving production.

Review your proof

Check spelling, quantities, dimensions, code values, spacing and the overall layout. Screen colours can differ from printed colours. Raise any corrections before approving the proof.

Send your files

Email files to solomon@talvren.co.uk, including your name and order number if you have one. You can also supply a file-sharing link in the product form.
